Help with the current iPhone beta. Start with the answers below, or send feedback through TestFlight.
Send beta feedback
On your iPhone, open TestFlight, select Ball Battle: Autobattler, then tap Send Beta Feedback. You can send comments with or without a screenshot. If you joined through a public link, you can choose to include an email address.
Give the app version, iOS version, iPhone model, what you did, and what happened. For battle issues, include the mode and ball involved. Check screenshots for private information. Never send passwords or payment card details.
Apple's TestFlight guide explains feedback and beta installation. See Privacy for information Apple shares during beta testing.

Quick answers
Does the game need an account or internet?
No game account is needed. Battles run locally and can be played offline. Downloading or updating the TestFlight beta, sending feedback, and loading or buying Apple Gold packages need Apple services and a connection.
Online rankings, friend battles, and 2v2 are future plans. The current Leaderboard screen shows local player progress, not online standings.
Where is my progress? Can I reset or transfer it?
Your collection, Gold, levels, rewards, saved battles, and Endless progress are stored on this device. There is no game account, iCloud game-save sync, in-app save export, or in-app reset control.
Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step. Deleting it can remove local progress and Gold. Apple device backups may contain app data, depending on your settings, but the game has no cloud restore feature. Recovery or transfer is not guaranteed.
Why are Gold packages unavailable?
The shop needs Apple's configured App Store products. If products fail to load, check your connection and use Reload App Store products in the shop. If the app says products are not configured, they may not be available for this build. Report the message through TestFlight.
The app shows Apple's price when a package is available. Apple confirms payment. Do not assume a package is available from its presence in the shop alone.
What if Gold is pending or missing after a purchase?
A pending payment waits for Apple's confirmation. The game credits only verified purchases. If confirmed Gold could not be saved, the app leaves the transaction unfinished and checks unfinished purchases again on launch. Reopen the app with a connection before trying another purchase.
If the balance is still wrong, send the exact app message, package, app version, and time through TestFlight. Do not send payment details. There is no Restore Purchases button for consumable Gold, and the game does not offer a restore of previously spent Gold or deleted local saves.
How do I reduce battle movement?
The game follows the iPhone's Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion setting. This reduces effects such as battle shake and animated reveals. It does not stop combat. There is no separate in-game motion setting.
The beta crashes, freezes, or no longer opens. What now?
Check TestFlight for a newer build, then close and reopen the game. Do not delete it to fix the problem, because saves are local. Send the steps and any visible message through TestFlight.
TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days from upload. If a build expires or testing is full, Apple may not let you install or open it. Check TestFlight for an available build. No release date or tester space is guaranteed.
