Epic fighter
Slime
The crater runoff developed an appetite.
Origin
Born from the impact.
Strange liquid collected at the lowest point of the crater, absorbing dust, tools, and anything else left too close. Eventually it learned to roll toward its next meal.
Why Slime fights
The Core is calling.
Slime wants the Core because everyone keeps insisting it cannot be swallowed. That sounds less like a warning and more like a challenge.
